The company TOI TOI, Sanitary Systems, Ltd. was founded and registered in the Companies Register at the Commercial Court in Prague in November 1993. With its establishment, another international branch of company TOI TOI Sanitärsysteme GmbH arose, which operates in the German market since 1974.
From the very outset, the company has been based in the city Slaný, where the company had leased office and warehouse spaces until 2004. At the end of 2004 the company moved to its own premises, also in Slaný. Initially, the company was ensuring its entire business from the company headquarters, but in view of the rapidly growing interest for its services, it began to operate a branch in Olomouc since 1995, which secures the operation of the company for the Moravia region.
Constantly increasing demands of the customers and our efforts to ensure complete hygienic service led the company to expand its program. The company began to lease office, sanitary and storage containers and thus accomplished in creating the facility site on a turnkey basis for its customers. Our facilities never missed at all important construction sites across the country and this, in our market new product slowly became a full course of each site.
Also in the field of short-term lease we have become a turnkey contract supplier to our customers, sanitary services on a turnkey basis, because we have expanded our activities to loans of tents, bathrooms, lighting, waste bins, fencing, etc.In the view of this fact, we realized all of the largest mass social events - mega concerts (Pink Floyd and Rolling Stones groups, Michael Jackson, U2, Elán), two visits of the Pope, the World Championship in cyklocross, World Championship in ploughing and hundreds of other of both larger and smaller events.
By launching the sale of Swedish composting toilets, we addressed another strong group of potential customers – cottagers and gardeners.
Our main customers are construction companies, municipalities, organizers of sporting and cultural events, and now also the army. In the years 2002 - 2005, we secured large military exercises of the armies of the United States, Netherlands, France and the Czech Republic.
In 1999 we prepared the project of formation of the supportive points throughout the territory of the Czech Republic, which started in the following year by establishing the branches in České Budějovice, Plzeň, and one year later in Hradec Králové, the last branch was founded in 2004 in Brno.
So we completely covered the whole territory of the Czech Republic and managed to ensure our activities easily, quickly, well, and above all economically.
In 2000 we started the rental and sale of the portable construction fencing of the company HERAS. In 2002, we extended our activities and started sale and installation of hard fencing, entry and drive gates of the company HERAS.
The parent company HMT is our supplier of portable toilets, which began producing them in its own plant. Starting in 2004, our company became the exclusive seller of the fencing manufactured by the company HERAS.
